Zodox

Document and knowledge organisation

Bring order to your information.

Zodox captures, classifies and connects your documents so the right file, fact or answer is always one search away.

Four quiet habits, handled for you

Capture from anywhere

Forward an email, drop a folder, scan a page or connect a drive. Everything lands in one place, in its original form.

Automatic classification

Zodox reads each file, files it in the right place and adds tags you can correct once and never think about again.

Search that understands

Ask in plain words. Zodox matches names, tags and content, so 'last year's signed lease' finds the lease.

Share with control

Send a link, not an attachment. Set who can view, who can edit and when access quietly expires.

Interactive demo

Auto sort demo

Eight sample files, straight out of a shared drive. Press Sort to watch Zodox file and tag them, then search to filter instantly. Sample data for illustration only.

How it works

Three steps, and no weekend spent renaming files.

  1. 01

    Connect your sources

Point Zodox at the drives, inboxes and shared folders you already use. Nothing moves until you say so.

  2. 02

    Let it sort

Files are classified into folders and tagged by type, party and date. Review a first pass in minutes, not weeks.

  3. 03

    Find and share

Search across everything, keep the answers your team keeps repeating, and share exactly what is needed.

Features

Smart archive

Older material is kept complete and searchable without cluttering daily work.

Versions kept straight

Every draft is linked to the one before it, so the current version is never in doubt.

Shared vocabulary

Tags and folder names are agreed once, then applied consistently across the team.

Saved answers

Turn a recurring question into a short answer that points at the source document.

Integrations

Zodox sits behind the tools your files already arrive through.

Security

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is granted per folder, share links can be given an expiry, and an activity log records every view and download. You choose the region your archive is stored in, and you can export everything at any time.

  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Per-folder permissions and expiring links
  • Activity log with export
  • Full data export, no lock-in

Who this is for

Illustrative scenarios, not real customers — sketches of the situations Zodox is designed around.

A four-person consultancy

Proposals, contracts and invoices spread across two inboxes and a personal drive. Zodox files them by client and year so handover takes an afternoon.

An operations manager

Supplier paperwork arrives as email attachments and photographs. Zodox captures both and tags them by supplier and site.

A small charity office

Policies, board minutes and funding reports live in one searchable archive, with sharing that expires when a review ends.

About the name

Zodox is a coined name. It was built to sit close to documents and to the idea of ordered knowledge — short, easy to say, and unclaimed by any other meaning.

The mark is a folded path: information entering at one edge and leaving in a straight line. Slate for steadiness, violet for the moment something clicks into place.
